Warranty - How To File A Claim

If you have a warranty issue involving one of  Underlayment/Backerboard products, please complete and submit the following form: all of the items listed under "Underlayment / Backerboard Complaint Intake Form" so that we may quickly address your concerns. All of the information requested on this form is required and necessary to continue the resolution of your claim.

Upon receipt of your information, we will begin the steps to process your claim. Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing to begin and to receive notification as to the status or resolution of your warranty claim.
